Also known as Thin Papalo or Chepiche. Native to Puebla and Oaxaca in southern Mexico. Similar to cilantro in flavor but even more pungent with a touch of lemon and mint. The growth habit is upright with long slender leaves. Very useful in cooking and as a spicy garnish, but also as a medicinal for its high quantity of vitamins B and C and powerful antioxidants and liver cleansing properties.
