Also known as Small Red Cherry, Devil's Kiss, Ciliegia Picante, Piccante Calabrese, and Baccio de Satana. A devil of a pop! This is a small, 1-2” round hot pepper that turns bright red when ripe and has moderate heat. It is a classic Italian hot pepper used fresh, for pickling, or even dried. It loses about 60% of its heat when cooked, making it great stuffed with mozzarella and anchovies on the grill. Non-Isolated.
