6-12 oz. gold and red striped beefsteaks with a very good flavor.
Introduced commercially by Totally Tomatoes in 2003. Copia tomatoes are 6-12 oz. gold and red striped beefsteaks with a very good flavor. A unique and beautiful tomato with fruity, sweet, juicy marbled flesh! The plants provide a good yield and are a cross between Green Zebra and Marvel Stripe. The cross was discovered by Jeff Dawson, who named it in honor of the American Center for Food, Wine and the Arts (COPIA) of Napa, CA.
