These large pink beefsteaks are slightly ribbed, with the first fruits having more ribbing and later fruits being smoother. They are 9-18 oz., quite flattened, and have an outstanding sweet flavor. The flesh is meaty and doesn’t have a lot of seeds. This high yielding tomato is very beautiful and has an excellent sweet flavor even when not fully ripe.
