Vigorous indeterminate vines produce heavily and begin ripening in roughly 70 to 80 days from transplant, so plan on a sturdy cage or stake for a long season of harvest. Fruits are mid-sized to small beefsteaks, often about 100 to 250 grams, with a luminous, metallic look and swirling green and red striping accented by dark anthocyanin tones where the sun hits.
