Also known as Schwarze Sarah. Sara Black is a very impressive variety with dark red flesh that is robust in flavor. It has sweet notes, complex undertones, and a hint of earthiness that makes the flavor so good, many consider it to be among the best-tasting tomatoes. Originally from Germany, it has blemish free fruits with smooth shoulders. Large fruits can grow up to 1 lb. with most averaging 8-12 oz.
