This small eggplant comes from Mumbai and is normally speckled white and purple, but we found a nice variation of the cultivar in our field that produces a solid purple eggplant. Eggplants are a great source of dietary fiber, vitamin B1 and copper. They are a good source of manganese, vitamin B6, niacin, potassium, folate and vitamin K. Non-Isolated.
