Originating from the United Kingdom, the Death Spiral emerged as a new strain a few years ago and quickly captivated the hot pepper community with its intense heat and distinctive capsaicin oil-rich pods. While still relatively new and subject to some variability, the Death Spiral's flavor ranges from fruity with citrus undertones to floral with extreme heat.
