An incredibly unique pepper that has deep red flesh and black seeds. The plants are unique with fuzzy leaves and purple flowers that bear the peppers.

A cross between the Rocoto and the Wild Ulupica, these plants are perennial evergreens in subtropical climates. The plants have beautiful purple blooms speckled around in fuzzy-leaved light green bushes that turn into dark green golf ball-sized peppers that eventually ripen to bright red. Very thick walls, crunch like apples and sport some nice contrast with the black seeds. Non-Isolated.
