In Trinidad, habanero pepper relatives are called Congo peppers, and this one is an extra-large red habanero type. Growing to 2" long & wide, it is significantly bigger and more ribbed that the typical red habanero. It is intensively hot and produces a large harvest of chilies maturing from green to red. Excellent for making salsa, hot sauce, and seasoning spice powder. Non-Isolated.
