The Yellow Thai pepper is a milder Thai that has fruity citrus tones. The peppers average about 2” long and are less than a ¼” in width. They grow pointing up and are very prolific. Pods ripen from green to a yellow orange color. They are used as a dry seasoning and in stir fry and sauces. Flavor is very hot and rich. Plants are a compact bush that grows just over 2 feet tall.
