Corbaci is a rare Turkish heirloom sweet pepper, prized for its rich flavor and extreme productivity. The long, slender fruits often reach 10 to 12 inches and curl like a Turkish saber. They can be picked pale green, then mature through yellow and orange to a glossy deep red. Thin-walled and crisp when young, it turns sweeter and more aromatic with cooking, with hints of gentle smokiness that make it a natural for frying, sautéing, roasting, and especially pickling. Expect harvest in about 55 days for green peppers or roughly 75 to 85 days for fully ripe color, and plan to stake or cage plants since heavy yields can pull branches down. Non-Isolated.
