Crushed Heart Pink is a Brad Gates, Wild Boar Farms creation released in 2016 that sets dramatic oxheart tomatoes in rosy pink with green striping in full sun. Midseason and often among the earlier hearts to ripen, it typically starts producing around 75 to 85 days from transplant on vigorous, indeterminate vines with wispy foliage that benefit from strong staking or caging. Fruits run medium to very large, sometimes nearing 1 to 2 pounds, with dense, meaty flesh and very few seeds. The flavor is rich and ssemi-sweetwith gentle acidity, making it a standout for thick sauces, roasting, and satisfying fresh slices.
