This plant bears moderate yields of beautiful 8 to 12 oz. beefsteak tomatoes. Flattened with ruffled shoulders, these fruits are often irregularly shaped. Flavor is incredibly complex with bold sweet, tangy and earthy notes. This is a variant from the Mr. Brown tomatoes we grew out on our farm, resulting in tomatoes that are dusty pink in color rather than the traditional brown. Nonetheless, these fruits are still as delicious as ever!
