Sweet, acidic, and delicious.
Plants produce the most beautiful oxheart-shaped fruits that are ripe when literally black on the top and deep pink on the bottom. When exposed to sunlight, young fruits develop blue-purple skin. The responsible pigment, Anthocyanin, naturally occurs in blueberries and is a powerful antioxidant. Tomatoes are medium to large with flesh that is very meaty and dense. The flavor is sweet, acidic, and delicious. A cross between OSU Blue and German Red Strawberry, created and developed by Jason Haynes.
