This watermelon was an All-American Selections winner in 1964. Crimson Sweet produces round melons averaging 15-25 lbs. that are light green with dark green stripes. The flesh is dark red, firm, fine- textured, and so sweet! Being a high quality old standard of home gardens, you’ll get an average of 1 to 2 fruits per plant. Resistant to fusarium wilt and anthracnose.
