These attractive flower spikes add bright-green color and texture to mixed bouquets. The long stems are covered with bell-shaped flowers centered with tiny, white blooms. They have a lovely sour apple scent. Excellent in dried arrangements too!

This aromatic herb got its name from its common use in St. Patrick’s Day celebrations but is native to Turkey, Syria and the Caucasus. The plant made its way to Europe from Syria in 1570 and found its way to the Americas in the Victorian era. It was first cultivated in Belgium for use in the perfume industry upon its introduction to Europe.
